Need a new stress reliever activity? Tough day at work? Feeling anxious because of life circumstances?

Here is my go-to stress reliever activity on how I wind down after a LONG WEEK:

  1. Prepare Sleepy Time Tea
  2. Apply a Face Mask
  3. Light a Candle and Dim or Turn off the lights
  4. Draw a Hot Bath – I enjoy adding CBD Bath OilBath Salts and/or Bubbles
  5. Put Down Your PHONE!
  6. Soak for about 15/20 minutes
  7. Mediate – breathe in through your nose for 5 and breathe out your mouth for 5 a couple of times. Repeat after me – tomorrow is a new day and I will conquer it. 
  8. Towel off and Apply Some Body Lotion
  9. Hit the Sheets!
